Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery, processing times, and shipping options.

 


 

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch quickly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Hong Kong (local delivery)

  • Selected international destinations

If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact info@chewnchill.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

 


 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Selected delivery method

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be displayed on the Site and applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

 


 

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hong Kong: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

 


 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by factors outside our control, such as incorrect delivery details or customs delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

 


 

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

 


 

8. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, we can:

  • Resend the parcel (additional shipping fees apply), or

  • Issue a refund excluding shipping costs
