Founded in 2015 by Ros Heathcote after she found added sugar, preservatives and MSG in even the premium broths on the shelf, Borough Broth makes the real thing: at least 40% bones, organic vegetables and herbs, British spring water, and nothing else. Every batch is simmered low and slow for a full 24 hours in their London kitchen.
Two recipes to start: Grass-Fed Organic Beef Bone Broth, deep and rich with a proper umami hit, and Free-Range Organic Chicken Bone Broth, a two-star Great Taste winner and their most-loved recipe. Both in 324g pouches — one hearty mug, or the base for a family meal.

Arrives chilled, in the same order
We hold Borough Broth frozen in our own Hong Kong freezers. Your pouches leave us frozen in an insulated pack, and the frozen broth acts as its own refrigerant — thawing gently on the way so it reaches you chilled and ready to use. Add it to your basket alongside anything else in the store and it all arrives in one delivery.
Refrigerate on arrival, use within 10 days, and don't refreeze.
