Two travellers, Nat and Dan, came back from Asia determined to bring the exotic fruit they had eaten there into everyday snacking. What they had learned was simple: the best quality fruit, dried the right way, needs nothing added. Take out the water and the flavour concentrates while the nutrients stay locked in.

The fruit is dried at source, on the same farmland where it grows, and it is never baked or fried — it is dried using sunlight alone, in 100% solar-powered facilities, so it ripens to peak flavour without burning fossil fuels. The farm is GAP-certified and uses only organic fertiliser.
