Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders.

This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

 


 

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely.

  • You’ll be charged for each delivery according to your chosen billing cycle, unless you pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the next renewal date.

Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

To manage your subscription:

  • Click the link in your order confirmation email, or

  • Log in to your account on our Site and manage your subscription from your orders page.

Cancellations made after an order has been processed or shipped will be treated as a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

 


 

2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet released.

  • We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout.

  • If a deposit is collected, your payment method may be stored securely and charged for the remaining balance when the item ships.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before fulfillment for a full refund of any deposit.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

 


 

3. General Terms

  • All cancellations are subject to verification and confirmation.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel. In such cases, please follow our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
