Free Shipping orders of HKD $300! 🚀

Once you hit the threshold of $300 with qualified products, your order is eligible for free shipping.

We offer delivery for Hong Kong customers.

Hong Kong orders will be shipped via Pickupp delivery service or S.F. Express for remote area, for enquiry please email us at info@chewnchill.com

You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.

For orders under the threshold, the delivery fee will be calculated automatically and added to your total payment at the checkout.

Packaging

We avoid unnecessary packaging as much as possible and reuse packaing material when we can. 

We reuses boxes and materials that our products are shipped to us in. 

Acceptance of Your Order

Acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. 

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn

Returns & Replacements  

Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the quality of your product please use the "Contact Us" page to contact us with the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.  

Any returns due to quality issues must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  

Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns if you have changed your mind.  

We may request you to return the unused product before processing a refund or replacement.

Delivery Times

Purchased items will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, exclude public holiday). If you'd like to receive your order on a specific day, reach out to us via email (info@chewnchill.com) and we'll see what we can do to help.
